-Each item is made to order. Production time may vary from 1 to 3 business days , depending on the type of product and workload.

-Once the customization process is complete, the order will be prepared and delivered to the selected shipping company.

2. Shipping times

-Delivery times will depend on the package carrier and the customer's location.

-On average, shipments take between 3 to 7 business days within Europe.

-In case of hard-to-reach areas, delivery time may be extended.

3. Shipping costs

-Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before checkout.

-We offer free shipping throughout Europe .

4. Order tracking

-Once the order has been dispatched, we will send the customer a tracking number so they can track their package.

5. Responsibility

-We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, natural phenomena, or force majeure.
