At Cheeky Monkeys, each item is custom-made and made to order, so we appreciate your understanding regarding our return and cancellation policies.

1. Cancellations

-Before production : You can request cancellation of your order within the first 24 hours after purchase .

-After production has started : It will not be possible to cancel the order, since the item will have begun to be personalized.

2. Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or customization errors attributable to our store.

3. Items with defects or errors

If your order arrives with any defects, manufacturing damage, or customization errors (different from what was requested), please contact us within 3 business days of delivery by sending:

-Order number.

-Clear photographs of the product received.

In these cases, we will evaluate the situation and proceed with:

-Replacement of the product at no additional cost, or

-Full refund if replacement is not possible.

4. Conditions not covered

No returns or refunds are accepted for:

-Errors provided in the data by the client (example: names, dates, phrases, images sent).

-Slight color differences between the digital design and the final product (due to variations in screens and materials).

-Damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.
